Detoxing and hats


It is January, so everyone is chatting about *detoxing* and I am attempting to be *good* this month myself. But is it really worth it? The body is extremely good at detoxing itself ALL the time, so it is a bit of a misdescription to say we are detoxing any more than usual.Give your body lots of water and it will detox!! It is more like reducing the toxins going into our bodies in the first place. Maybe it should be called “RETOXING”! So, giving the champagne a miss for a while is probably a good idea and cutting down on the caffeine is definitely a good move. Try wearing an outsized glamourous hat, with some amazing feline black eyeliner instead!
