Did you see, the Horizon programme, The Truth About Exercise on television last week? Well it has got us here at Mama Tea HQ thinking and we’re going to do our own unscientific experiment. Every lunchtime we’re going to head out for a speed walk. The intention is to see if after a couple of weeks of this short burst of daily exercise any of us feel the difference. Do we work better in the afternoons? Do we sleep better at night? Do my running times for my twice weekly run improve? Do we generally feel healthier? Let’s be honest it can’t do any of us any harm and if it makes us feel healthier then all the better.
